Order and delivery
How to buy my Préférence Gift Box
You can order in 3 ways:

On our website: www.coffretpreference.com. Payment is secure and can be done by credit card or cheque. We deliver your order either to your address or directly to your guest.

By telephone at 33 (01) 78 94 90 40: our advisers will take your order.

In our shop: collect your order in our shop at 9 rue des grands champs - 75020 Paris. Metro/Subway - RER A: Nation. Open from Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 7:00pm. Payment by cash, credit card or cheque (a personal ID corresponding to the name on the cheque will be required).
Protected payment
Online payments are safe and made by Paybox. The transmission of your payment information is encrypted and protected thanks to the protocol SSL (Secure Socket Layer). Your datas never circulate in plain text on the Internet. We do not store any bank details. You can safely pay online.
Delivery times and methods
Upon receiving your payment you will receive your Préférence Gift Box in 24 to 48 hours by Chronopost or in 3 to 4 days by Colissimo, in metropolitan France.
Can you send the Gift Box directly to the recipient ?
Yes, simply by indicating that the delivery address is different from the billing address.
Use of Préférence Cards
How do I book?
To make a reservation, contact us by phone on 0800 917 4722 or by email: reservation [at] hotelspreference [dot] com . We will assist you in choosing your destination depending on availability and the type of Préférence Card you have.
How long do I have to use my Gift Card ?
Your Préférence Card is valid for one year once activated. It can be used every day of the week, weekend included, in any participating hotels upon availability .
Are there any additional expenses?
Invitation Card
You have a all-inclusive package for 2 people, you choose the hotel depending on the category on your Invitation Card and upon availability. You do not have anything else to pay, unless you wish to purchase extras that are not included in your fixed price.
Gift Card
Choose the amount to be charged on the Gift Card then your guests may use it how they wish in our hotels. When leaving the hotel, you will pay with the Gift Card and complete the payment by another means of payment if the balance is insufficient. If you do not use all the amount available on the card you can use it another time in on of our hotels.
Cancellation and Changes
Do you want to change or cancel your reservation? You have up to 48 hours before your arrival date to change or cancel your stay at no additional costs.
