How to buy my Coffret Préférence

You can order in 3 ways:

  • On our Internet site www.coffretpreference.com payment is secure and you can pay by credit card or cheque. We deliver your order either to your address or directly to your guest.
  • By telephone at +33 (01) 78 94 90 40: Our advisers will take your order.
  • In Our Shop: Come and place your order in our shop at 9 rue des grands champs - 75020 Paris. Metro/Subway - RER A: Nation. Open from Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 7:00pm. Payment by cash, credit card or cheque (a piece of identification corresponding to the name on the cheque will be required).

Protected payment

Payment online is safe and assured by Paybox. The transmission of your payment information is encrypted and protected thanks to the protocol SSL (Secure Socket Layer). Your payment details never circulate openly on the Internet. We do not store any banking information. You can pay online securely.

Delivery times and methods

Once we have received payment of your order, you will receive your Coffret Préférence in 24 to 48 hours by Chronopost or in 3 to 4 days by Colissimo, in metropolitan France.

Can you send the Gift Card directly to the beneficiary ?

Yes, simply indicate to us that the delivery address is different from the Billing Address.

Use Préférence Cards

How do I book?

To make a reservation, contact us by phone on 0800 917 4722 or by email: reservation [at] hotelspreference [dot] com . We will assist you in choosing your destination subject to availability and the type of Préférence Gift Card you have.

How long do I have to use my Gift Card ?

Your Card Préférence is valid for one year from the date of activation. It can be used every day of the week, weekend included, at any of the participating establishments subject to availability .

Are there any additional expenses?

"Invitation Préférence" Card

You enjoy a package for 2 people, you choose the property within the category on your Préférence Invitation card subject to availability. You do not have anything else to pay, unless you wish to purchase supplements not included in your fixed price.

"Préférence" Gift Card

Choose the amount to be charged on the Preference Gift Card. Your guests may choose how they wish to spend it and shether they spend it all at once in one hotel, or spend it for another break at another time. They may also choose to pay any extra amounts by another method.

Cancellation and Changes

Do you want to modify or cancel your reservation? You have up to 48 hours before your aarrival date to modify or cancel your stay without incurring additional fees.
